Roboter Garantie
In general we offer from our side a 2 year warranty (according to German law). That warranty covers all problems that aren’t caused by caused by the user himself and already existed when the robot was delivered. During the first year, it’s our duty to prove, that a damage isn’t covered by the warranty. That is switched after a year, then the customer has to prove, that the damaged wasn’t caused by him. After two years, the customer always has to pay for repairs.
